It is fitting that HILLHOUSE is set overlooking the humble Captain’s Cabin that led Jack Warner to the vision for NorthRiver. As the story goes, a friendly bet over a glass of whiskey served as the catalyst for Jack’s determination to build a world-class country club on the property. Undeterred by the challenge, Jack confidently declared, “dammit, I am building it.” And so, NorthRiver Yacht Club was born. Today, we have the privilege of enjoying all that Jack created at NorthRiver, and with the introduction of HILLHOUSE at NorthRiver, we continue to expand upon his vision.
